"Change before you have to."
One year in Cameroon. That phrase alone takes my breath away. So much happened. Some tears. Some Joy. Some fear. Many mistakes. But I did it. I lived a dream for the first time in my life. When you see someone who has done greeat things in this life, with medals and money and power and influence...you dont see the sweat. You dont see how hard it was for them to get there. Maybe thats one of the many lessons that I had to learn after being blessed to have being born with a silver spoon in my mouth. That nothing comes easy. So I had to change. I had think differently. Learn so fast move so fast..and expose myself to parts of myself that I did not want to see. Parts of life that I have ignored out of stubborness and fear. But its all so beautiful. That I have this chance to be. I had this chance to live in an amazing country with so much to give and offer.... Here are some of my favorite pictures to capture my experience.... Also some words....from a wise friend of mine Kent Anjo....which perfectly describes the year...
" If I can give you any advice it is this: enjoy every waking second that you are in
